cookbook author Jill Colella Bloomfield, a self-professed
and reformed picky eater. Once unwilling to try unfamiliar

became motivated to learn about food through cooking.
Beautiful
blackerries make delicious scones. This is a quick and simple
recipe that I developed. If you don't like blackberries
or don't have any on hand, you could use dried cranberries,
chocolate chips, nuts, chopped fruit or anything else you
can dream up.
