Shopping and Supplies List

assumes 10 participants; scale up or down accordingly.
Shopping
List:
Dough - 2 (1 lb) packages (You may also use frozen bread dough;
allow time to thaw)
Sauce - 1 (12 ounce) container of ready-made pizza sauce
Mozzarella - 1 lb
Yellow Cheese - 1 lb
Peppers - 3-4 ounces of diced peppers
Pepperoni - 1 (8 ounce) package
Mushrooms - 3-4 ounces of cleaned, sliced mushrooms
Pineapple - 1 small can tidbits or pieces, drained
Olives - 1 small can of sliced black olives, drained
Other toppings: red onion, spinach, broccoli, grape tomatoes,
etc.
Consider purchasing all vegetable toppings from the salad
bar-this will ease preparation time, save money and reduce
waste.

Marshmallows
One bag will make exactly 2 lollipops each for 10 children
(there are approximately 40 marshmallows per bag); I advise
buying two bags so kids may sample as they go
2 lbs meltable chocolate wafers
Available in craft stores, generally sold in 1 lb. sizes.
Buy two or three bags in case there is an accident or chocolate
burns.
Colored sprinkles or jimmies
Available in grocery or craft stores; priced better in craft
stores
4-5 Graham crackers, crushed
2 ounces coconut
8 ounces mini M&Ms
12 Oreo cookies crushed up

Lollipop Sticks; 4 ½ inch or longer
Cellophane bags or boxes, available at craft stores
Several small bowls, possibly disposable
Microwave oven or double boiler
